The townhouse sits within Connaught Village as part of the Hyde Park Estate. The property underwent renovation and Listed Consent was given to remodel the immaculate Georgian Property interior to maximise the brief which was: to utilise all the floors in the vertical property in a sympathetic contemporary refurbishment that enhances the historic fabric.

This included a structural glass roof and floor and an elm cantilevered stair. The design also created intimate retreats for the owners to be able to work at home and family rooms with piano and the kitchen, the heart of the house.
